AtlasMove is a multi-service urban mobility platform offering ride-hailing, package delivery, and relocation services in Tunisia and the MENA region.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo (optional)
If you register as a driver, we also collect, to verify your identity and your vehicle:
- A copy of your national ID card, driving license and vehicle registration card
- Four photos of your vehicle (front, back, left side and right side)
- A selfie taken at the time of registration, compared with your ID card
These documents and photos are stored privately, are only accessible to the staff members in charge of validating driver accounts, and are deleted when you delete your account.

- Real-time GPS location (required for ride-hailing and delivery services)
- Pickup and drop-off addresses
- Route history
Location data is collected while using the app and may be collected in the background when a ride or delivery is active.

We do not store your private keys or full cryptocurrency wallet credentials. Payments are processed via the Tron blockchain network.

Contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message by email (through Hostinger) and send you a confirmation email. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used to limit the number of messages; it is kept only in the server's memory, for about 10 minutes, and never written to disk.

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. Nothing is sent to Google or Meta before you choose, or if you reject them. Blockchain transactions (USDT payments) are permanently recorded on the Tron blockchain and cannot be deleted.
